Each candle is handmade after receiving your order.
The production time is 1–2 business days.
Once your candle is ready, your order will be handed over to the delivery service without additional delay.
During periods of increased demand (holiday seasons, gift periods, or a high volume of orders), the production time may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will inform you about the updated processing time.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping provider.
Estimated delivery times:
• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days;
• European countries: approximately 2–7 business days;
• Ukraine: approximately 5–14 business days (depending on the shipping method and carrier operations).
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of transport companies and will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with delivery details and a tracking number.
